How do I open a trade account?

Apply online with your business type and trading postcode. The account team checks the business details and emails your sign in details once the account is open. Apply for an account

Who can apply for an account?

UK trade businesses buying for resale or business use, from convenience stores to foodservice. Tallon is trade only and not open to the general public.

Can I see prices before I apply?

Yes. Create a quick account with your mobile number on any product page, we text you a code and every trade price unlocks. Browse prices

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, £250 of goods ex VAT on every order, and you order by the case. Delivery is free from £250 on your first three orders, then from £500. Delivery terms

When do you deliver?

Tuesdays and Fridays. For a Tuesday delivery order by 2pm on Friday, and for a Friday delivery order by 2pm on Wednesday. Delivery terms

What happens if something is out of stock?

We tell you at quote stage. If a comparable line exists we suggest it, and you confirm before anything ships.

What is the 3% price match?

Send us the prices you pay now. Matching in-stock lines come in at least 3% lower, and we say so line by line. Send your prices
