About us and these terms

Tallon Trading is a trading name of Butyros Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16497512. Our registered office is 60 Cheapside, London EC2V 6AX. VAT number GB 495192946.

These terms govern use of this website and its quotation tools. The site is for people acting wholly or mainly for business purposes. It is not a consumer retail site.

Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your login details confidential and use the account only for a business you are authorised to represent. Tell us promptly at hello@tallontrading.co if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse or verification.

Catalogue and availability

Catalogue content is information, not an offer to sell. A product marked Available is available to request through the quotation workflow. It is not a representation of physical stock on hand. Product identity, pack size, price, VAT, delivery area and availability are confirmed in the written quotation.

Search matches and price comparisons depend on the information submitted. You are responsible for checking the matched product, pack and quantity before accepting a quotation.

Quotations and contracts

Submitting an application, basket, comparison or quote request does not place an order and does not create a contract. We may accept or decline any request. A sale contract forms only when you accept a written quotation in the stated way and we then issue written order acceptance.

The written quotation and order acceptance set the applicable product, price, VAT, delivery, payment, substitution, cancellation and claims terms. If they conflict with this website notice, the written quotation and order acceptance take priority for that transaction.

Prices and the 3% Price Match

Trade prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and VAT are shown or confirmed before order acceptance. Prices remain subject to confirmation until a written quotation is issued.

A displayed 3% comparison applies only to the exact matched product and pack, the current price information supplied for that comparison and the validity period shown with the offer. It remains subject to our written quotation and order acceptance.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the catalogue, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, upload malicious content or use another person's account. Website content and branding belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Website responsibility

We take reasonable care in operating the site, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
